Judy discovered Pilates through her own journey of recovering from injuries, which shaped her mission: to help others achieve sustainable health by addressing root causes rather than merely treating symptoms. Equipped with her STOTT PILATES® certifications, she focuses on teaching students to understand their bodies, identify movement patterns, and activate the correct muscles to build functional, long-term stability.
She believes everyone has a unique story, a belief that led her to co-found Triangle Pilates Studio in Taiwan—a professional space dedicated to mindful, client-centered practice. This philosophy also guides her work as a mentor. Judy emphasizes the "why" behind every movement, teaching aspiring instructors how to observe, adapt, and deliver the method clearly and intentionally.
Judy is committed to integrating Pilates principles into daily life and promoting mindful movement in Taiwan and across Asia. She strives to foster a community where both clients and instructors grow stronger, more conscious, and forge a deep connection with their bodies.
